1. Sales Engineer (Building Automation)


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the sales of the Building Automation Systems and related products.
  • Establish new market by identifying potential customer, follow up sales, planning and organizing sales activities to meet sales targets and revenues.
  • Developing and maintaining long term relationship with clients, M & E consultants through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both clients and company needs.
  • Prepare quotation, presentation, proposal material & sales report.
  • Support the Sales Manager in sales activities.
  • Able to travel throughout sales territory.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Marketing or any related discipline.
  • Candidate with knowledge in Building Automation System are encourage to apply.
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
  • Willing to travel extensively and aggressive approach in sales.
  • Possess strong communication & presentation skills, positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possess own transport.

2. Sales Engineer (Advance Automation)


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the sales & marketing of products and service.
  • Response to all sales enquiries and prepare for the quotation.
  • Responsible for meeting customer requirements through service deliveries, establishing customers and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Responsible to meet yearly target to achieve KPI.
  • Timely report to superior for the sales activities.
  • Update customers on company’s new products regularly and obtain their feedback.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentation, proposal material and update job list.
  • Responsible to follow up the payment and collection with customers and update to Finance from time to time.
  • Ensure customer information to be kept confidentially and adequately according to company rules and regulations.
  • Work with service team to ensure after-sales service to customer, providing expert advice / consultancy, strengthening customer relationship, etc.
  • Work closely and maintain good communication within department and other departments.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for any other tasks assigned from time to time by superior.
Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma holder or Bachelor Degree in Process Control Instruments/Electrical & Electronic or equivalent.
  • Possess some experience in handling sales/marketing of industrial products/system will be an added advantage.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Japanese (is an added advantage) including ability to speak effectively with vendors, customers and within organization.
  • Required Skill(s): Sales, strong follow-up, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, organising, planning and problem solving.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Pleasant, proactive, good team player, self-initiated, responsible & positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel to site or outstation and meeting with customer as required.

3. Senior Sales Engineer (Advance Automation)


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the sales & marketing of products and service.
  • Response to all sales enquiries and prepare for the quotation.
  • Responsible for meeting customer requirements through service deliveries, establishing customers and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Prepare yearly business plan to superior and execute accordingly.
  • Responsible to meet yearly target to achieve KPI.
  • Guide and supervise junior staff in all activities related to the operation.
  • Timely report to superior for the sales activities.
  • Update customers on company’s new products regularly and obtain their feedback
  • Prepare sales reports, presentation, proposal material and update job list.
  • Responsible to follow up the payment and collection with customers and update to Finance from time to time.
  • Ensure customer information to be kept confidentially and adequately according to company rules and regulations.
  • Create ideas to improve the department’s operation.
  • Increase capability on product and technical knowledge.
  • Work with service team to ensure after-sales service to customer, providing expert advice / consultancy, strengthening customer relationship, etc.
  • Coordinate, work closely and maintain good communication within department and other departments.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for any other tasks assigned from time to time by superior.
Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma holder or Bachelor Degree in Process Control Instruments/Electrical & Electronic or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 - 5 years experience in handling sales/marketing of industrial products/system will be an added advantage.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Japanese (is an added advantage) including ability to speak effectively with vendors, customers and within organization.
  • Required Skill(s): Sales, strong follow-up, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, planning, organisation and problem solving.

4. System Engineer


Responsibilities:
  • Configure hardware requirements and generate application software for Azbil’s Distributed Control System (DCS) based on customer’s specifications.
  • Involves commissioning the DCS system at site after installation and preparation of as-built project documentation.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure integrity, reliability and uninterrupted operation of the DCS and automation systems.
  • Perform maintenance and oversight of DCS related computer systems include point configuration, creation and maintain of automated reports concerning DCS performance.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify any problems and carry out programming or modification to the DCS system.
  • Assist Manager or Project Leader in planning and execution of project plans at site or office.
  • Prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progresses smoothly and is completed within target time and budget.
  • Generate and manage internal documentation, such as diagrams, procedures & installation/configuration documents.
  • Liaise with all parties involved in the project including local authorities, Azbil Japan members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Attending site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule.
  • Update each project job status during the progress including submit monthly report to superior.
  • Participate in customer/contractor meetings and resolving engineering and projects management issues when requested.
  • Advice superior on issues related to technical integrity of DCS automation systems and provide subject matter expertise for fault-finding and problem resolution.
  • Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and revert the complaints to superior to solve the issue in the professional manner.
  • Maintain good relationship with customer to ensure service job is completed on schedule.
  • Ensure customer information to be kept confidentially and adequately according to company rules and regulations.
  • Increase capability on product and technical knowledge.
  • Assist sales team to do the technical proposal and presentation including making proposal to customers for any part or product replacement.
  • Provide site support for sales teams, which will include assisting with participation in approval review meetings, developing packages for contractors/vendors and perform contractor selection.
  • Work closely and maintain good communication within department and other departments.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for any other tasks assigned from time to time by superior.
Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma holder or Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering majoring in Instrument Automation or equivalent.
  • Possess some knowledge in PLC,DCS, technical/hands-on knowledge in electrical/instrumentation & control will be an added advantage.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Japanese (is an added advantage) including ability to speak effectively with vendors, customers and within organization.
  • Required Skill(s): Panning, coordination, communication, interpersonal, organisation, and problem solving.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS Excel) and engineering software.
  • Pleasant, proactive, good team player, self-initiated, responsible & positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel to site or outstation and meeting with customer as required.
